Answers You Need
Is there a deposit fee?
At time of booking, a $100 non refundable deposit fee and signed contract will be required to secure your requested event date.
When is my balance due?
Balance will be due ( 7 days) prior to your event and will be charged to the credit card on file. Failure to pay balance 7 days prior will result in cancellation of the event. With NO REFUNDS!!
*If booking is less than 2 days prior to the event date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
For any reason you need to reschedule/cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at 804-930-4704. Cancellations are available with NO REFUNDS, but you are able to change your event date 7 days or more prior to the reservation date. Cancellations less than 7 days will automatically result in cancelation of your event with the loss of your retainer. Unless Little Feet soft Play Rentals, LLC Cancels Your Event!
What is the weather policy?
If you are hosting an outdoor event you assume ALL weather-related risks. However, “BEFORE SET UP” if it should rain, we will work with you on a solution BEFORE setting up. If you are not able to hold your party indoors, you can check for another date.
*Once Little Feet Soft Play Rentals, LLC has COMPLETED the event set up and it begins to storm on your event. Unfortunately, we would have to pack up your event EARLY and you will not be able to check for another date or receive any type of refund!
What is Soft Play?
An interactive, mobile play area that promotes and encourages gross motor skills, language and brain development by incorporating crawl space, exploration stations, team building and imaginary play.
What is your policy for damaged products?
Prior to setting up equipment, a $150 refundable retainer is required. The refundable retainer will be generated on a separate invoice and your credit card must be saved. If equipment is free from damages, the $150 retainer will be refunded within 3-5 business days back to the card used.
Is there a delivery fee?
If your location is over 10 miles from 23112, delivery fee is additional and is billed at $0.89/mile round trip. Delivery fees will be calculated after booking request is sent.
